Easy Coconut Cake

Easy Coconut cake
1 and half cup semolina, 1 cup milk, 1 cup yoghurt, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup dedicated coconut, half cup ghee.
Mix all ingredients and keep overnight. Next morning add 1 tsp. Baking powder, and flavour of your choice. You can add vanilla or simple kesar elaichi and dry fruits.
Combine mixture and pour in cake pan. You can keep in preheated gas oven for around 20 minutes. I used simple burner method. Keep a heavy bottom pan and keep cake pan on top, cover. On low flame for 25 min. Will be enough.
You will get lovely aroma of cake once it's done.  Turn off the heat and place it on a wire rack. Let it cool on rack  Cut and enjoy with coffee or whipped cream.
