Palak Paneer


Spinach with cottage cheese/Palak Paneer

Take 2 bunches of spinach and remove stems, blanch it, drain water and pop it in a blender. In a pan add 2 onions, 8 to 10 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger and 2 green chillies, everything chopped. Add ghee and jeera. Let it cook for a while. Add dhaniya, jeera powder, galaji kitchen king masala and roti paratha masala. Little salt and sugar. Taste and add red chilli powder if required. Add water and cover for 10 minutes. Add pureed spinach and cook for ten more minutes. Add homemade paneer and and cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy with roti or Paratha
