Shahi vegetable Kurma


Shahi vegetable Kurma: 1⃣ Dice veggies in cubes. Capsicums, onion, potato, cauliflower, carrots and tomatoes. 1 each. 2⃣ chop 1 chilli , 3 garlic cloves and 1 inch ginger , little coriander leaves. 3⃣ Add ghee/oil to the pan, followed by musterd seeds, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, chilli, turmeric powder. 4⃣ add onion and stir till it's translucent, then add all veggies, salt, sugar and water. Let it cook. 5⃣In chutney jar add 5 cashews, 2 tsp coconut scraped, Galaji Kitchen King Masala, Dhaniya Jeera Powder6⃣ Add ground paste to the veggies. 7⃣ Once it's done and few paneer cubes,  sweet cream and mix. Garnish kasoori methi and turn off the flame. 8⃣ Add cashews and raisins before serving.
